Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bv345 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support features offered at bv345.org. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bv345 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming checks. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or permanent closure.

KYC and Identity Verification

bv345 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or large deposits. Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to:

1. A government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or birth certificate)
2. Proof of the mobile number used at registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

bv345 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through supported Bangladesh mobile money platforms. International payment channels, bank transfers, and credit or debit card payments are not currently available. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on bv345 is ৳200. There is no upper limit imposed by bv345 on individual deposits, though your mobile wallet operator may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bv345 account balance in real time under normal circumstances. bv345 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider or network interruptions outside our control.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the original deposit. bv345 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to mobile wallets not previously used for a deposit on that account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, with most completing significantly faster. bv345 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bv345 may offer bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

Effect of Account Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bv345 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in accordance with the responsible gaming self-exclusion process, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing the applicable verification checks.

Intellectual Property

All content available on bv345 — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, interface design, and data — is the property of bv345 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bv345 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any bv345 content without prior written permission from bv345. Any unauthorised use of bv345 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. bv345's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
